One Vote for the Planet is a group of independent citizens who are concerned about the planet. 

Some of us are members of a coalition of local groups from the London Borough of Camden called Climate Emergency Camden. This group formed in April 2019 to lobby the council to take action on global warming and the destruction of the natural world.

We believe that our local councils should be doing much more to address the Climate and Ecological Emergency.

We ask candidates to ensure that the effects of climate change and global ecological destruction are given more consideration by their local council. 

We will support candidates in every council to give everyone the opportunity to use their vote in their local elections to support meaningful action on the Climate and Ecological Emergency.
